How to Get Started
Enroll online using our
online registration form . Have your Rutherford Electric account number and one of these two items available:

A check or deposit slip from the financial institution you would like to use
for the Auto-Pay Payment Plan.

A valid credit card number you would like to use for the Auto-Payment Plan.

Is there a fee for using the Auto-Pay Payment Plan?
No. The Auto-Pay Payment Plan is a free service provided by Rutherford Electric.
Can I choose the day I want my monthly bill drafted from my bank account or
charged to my debit/credit card?
Yes. You can select a payment date. Keep in mind that your bill due date will not be
a fixed day each month because your meter is not read on the same day each
month.
When will Rutherford Electric begin to automatically draft or charge my bill
amount?
You will be notified by e-mail if approved or denied for the program and the
program will start with the next bill.
