Pay at our office locations

AutoPay

  • Exclusively managed by the member through the Member Portal or REMC’s Mobile App
  • REMC employees cannot create, make changes, or delete auto-pay
  • Automatic payments by debit/credit card, or bank account
  • Members may choose their payment date

Draft

  • Exclusively managed by REMC
  • Members must call the office to set up, make changes, or discontinue draft
  • Payment is made automatically from member’s choice of credit/debit card, or checking account
  • Payment is drafted on the due date or up to five days after
  • Draft is based upon the account’s billing cycle; member cannot choose their payment date

To access and service your utility account on Member Services Portal, you must first create a User ID from the My Account tab.

Billing Options

Budget Billing

  • Member pays a set monthly payment
  • Payment is based upon member’s average usage for the previous 12 months
  • Must have service at your location for at least 12 months before signing up
  • Call your local office for more informatio

Prepaid Billing

  • $120 to start service – includes a $10 membership fee, $30 connection/transfer fee, $30 deposit, and $50 starting credit
  • Member must complete Prepay Agreement and Service Application to begin service
  • Pay as much as you want, as often as you want
  • No monthly statement
  • Usage is deducted from your credit balance each day
  • Service will disconnect automatically when your credit balance falls below zero
  • Keep up with your balance, usage, payments, etc. via the Member Portal or REMC Mobile App
